Margaret  moved to Crouch a hamlet near Borough Green, Kent in 1960 when she married Jim, and was a significant contributor to Parish life in the communities of Crouch, Platt and Borough Green.  She was also well known to many of you from walking her dogs, and her cakes and teas at the National Garden Scheme openings at their cottage in later years
